ET Solar Group Corp has announced the completion of three PV plants in Romania with a combined capacity of 28MW for Tinmar-Ind S.A (Tinmar). one of the country’s largest electricity suppliers and traders. The three projects combined with 22MW completed for Tinmar in April bring ET Solar’s total installed capacity in the country during 2013 to 50MW.
The three new plants are located in Targu Carbunesti, Gorjcounty, and Simnicu de Sus, Dolj county. The modules for the project were supplied by ET Solar alone while the company’s Munich-based subsidiary, ET Solutions AG, will provide engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services, in addition to construction financing. The company’s Romanian branch will be responsible for Operations & Maintenance (O&M) for all three plants.
