Previously the company had been trading on the OTC bulletin board under the same symbol. The company is specialized in PAFC technology or so called phosphoric acid fuel cells. The technology comes from intellectual property rights which Westinghouse previously developed , these were later on sold and transferred to FuelCell Corporation of America (FCA) which subsequently assigned these to a new company HydroGen LLC in 2001. The goal of this company was to bring this technology to the market and make it ready for commercial applications.
