On the occasion of the II Sino‐Spanish Business Summit in Beijing, SOLARIG has signed a strategic agreement with leading Chinese technological partners of the photovoltaic sector allowing the company to move forward integration in this sector.
Through the implementation of this agreement, SOLARIG enters the productive sector with an investment of more than 25 million Euros in the Asiancountry.
Last week, the II Sino‐Spanish Business Summit took place in Beijing, presided over by King D. Juan Carlos I of Spain, and the participation of more than 200 Spanish companies. The summit was sponsored by the CEOE (Spanish Confederation of Employers Organizations), jointly with the ICEX (Spanish Foreign Trade Institution) and the Council of Chambers of Commerce and the Chinese Council for the Promotion of International Trade.
During the Summit, SOLARIG has signed a strategic agreement with leading Chinese technological partners of the photovoltaic sector allowing the company to move forward integration in this sector. With this significant investment, SOLARIG takes an important step towards the implementation of its Strategic Plan focused on the development, the promotion, operation and investment in solar photovoltaic energy projects. Therefore, the company will develop two new working lines: the vertical integration in the sector and the internationalization of its activities. Thus SOLARIG will become a ”global integrator” in the photovoltaic market which will allow it to maintain its current expansion and growth model.
China has become one of SOLARIG’s main target countries in the early stages of its international development. The company has analyzed the possibilities and perspectives in this country for more than ten months and has established a representative office in Beijing.
