The City Council has informed that the facility will use the latest technology, turning the plant into one of the most efficient facilities in Spain. The project will have power inverters, and will be able to produce electricity in medium voltage rather than in low voltage as it is often the case.
The modules will be assembled and mounted on double axis trackers in order to optimize electricity production.
Mr Ángel Exojo, Mayor of Pedro Muñoz, said that the facility will turn his town into a "European renewable energy production benchmark".
