Serum Institute of India Limited (wholly owned by the Poonawalla Group) has made great strides from its humble beginnings in 1966; today, they are established as the world's largest producer of Measles and DTP group of vaccines. The project is Poonawalla Group’s second order with Suzlon and is set to be commissioned by March 2011.
