Ductor has signed several Ductor Add-On sales contracts to be delivered in the northwest of Germany while the R&P Group will provide all technical design and project management services for the physical construction needs. The target is to complete the first plant by the end of the third quarter (Q3) of 2016.
The microbiological fermentation technology developed by Ductor prevents ammonium inhibition in biogas digestion, enabling the customer to harness the power of underutilised and high-nitrogen biomasses such as chicken manure. In this way, the new technology will help to revolutionise the economics of biogas production.
“It is very important for Ductor to have a highly competent and reliable partner, such as R&P Group, to implement our ground-breaking biotech solution’’ said Ari Ketola, CEO of Ductor Corp., “We are very happy to announce that R&P- Group will be our partner’’.
Michael Rücken, CEO of Rücken & Partner Group, added that the company was convinced of the extraordinary future prospects of the technology from the first moment.
Ductor was established in 2009 with the aim of developing innovations to serve biogas production for nitrogen control and process stabilisation.
Rücken & Partner Group is a group of independent providers of construction engineering services, based in Germany, since 1960.
