This compact belt dryer is used for drying digestate from biogas plants and sewage sludge, but it can also be used for drying other biomass. The dryer was manufactured in 2016 and is in ‘as new’ condition, having been overhauled by the manufacturer.
NEWeco-tec Verfahrenstechnik GmbH specialises in process engineering for the environment, particularly with regard to individual solutions for processing biomass for renewable energy generation.
The company is one of the largest producers of compact belt dryers world-wide and the services it provides to customers ranges from consulting, planning and assembly to maintenance and service. It utilises shipping containers for its drying systems, thereby delivering a useful modular approach, providing plant that can be deployed anywhere and which can be expanded at any time, simply through stacking units on top of each other like building blocks.
