Unisun Japan has announced the expansion of its business in Japan from solar project development, construction and O&M to intelligent O&M, biomass power generation and other specialties. It has been awarded an O&M qualification by Japan, JET (Japan Electrical & Environment Technology Laboratory), one of the most influential and authoritative certification bodies in the country.
According to Yisha He, Chairwoman of Unisun, Unisun Japan will combine PV O&M technology with other cutting-edge technologies to enable intelligent O&M, thus raising power generation efficiency, reducing O&M costs, and providing the greatest possible range of professional services. The company will also carry out technical cooperation on biomass with established Japanese firms, commence negotiations with internationally renowned feedstock suppliers and establish partnerships with local agricultural associations.
The company has undertaken two years of in-depth research and technical analysis in order to establish a solid presence in the biomass sector. It is already the largest distributed investor in China and is actively expanding its business overseas while enhancing its position in the Chinese market.
Unisun Japan is a subsidiary of Unisun Energy Group. It officially entered the new energy market in Japan in 2013.
