Over the course of the year, Nissan sold nearly 1.5 million vehicles, and for the third consecutive year, the Nissan Rogue was the company's top-selling model, accounting for 412,110 sales, an increase of 2 percent for the year.
Nissan sold 14,715 Leafs in 2018, compared to 11,230 in 2017. It sold 1,667 of them in December alone. That was a dramatic improvement from December 2017, when it only sold 102 Leafs Nationwide.
