NEIF Launches 0% Residential Energy Efficiency Financing Program 

In partnership with Atlantic City Electric, NEIF provides homeowners access to trusted, transparent, and affordable payment options for upgrades that make homes energy efficient, strong, and healthy. NEIF-Approved Contractors can now offer energy efficiency financing to eligible Atlantic City Electric customers at absolutely no cost to the contractor.

Features of Atlantic City Electric Residential Energy Efficiency Financing

• 0.00% APR, with loan amounts ranging from $2,500 to $15,000 
• 100% financing (net of rebate) available: an instant credit decision with an easy, paperless process
• Available terms include 3, 5, or 7 years — 10-year term also available for Home Performance with ENERGY STAR projects over $10,000

 Qualifying Energy Efficiency Improvements

Qualifying improvements* are measures that are eligible for an Atlantic City Electric rebate and installed by an NEIF-Approved Contractor. Eligible improvements include: 

• Air Source Heat Pumps
• Central Air-Conditioning
• Ductless Mini-Split Heat Pumps and AC
• Smart Thermostats
• Whole House Performance with ENERGY STAR
