EV Charging Company Erapid Receives €30M Investment From Aviva Investors

Erapid Charger Company Limited has announced an investment of €30 million from Aviva Investors, the global asset management business of Aviva plc. This investment will lead to the direct creation of 60 Irish jobs. Erapid trades in Ireland as EasyGo, Ireland's largest private car charging network provider, and CarCharger EV Limited.

Producer of green hydrogen, Lhyfe, has begun the construction of a hydrogen production plant in the city of Schwäbisch Gmünd in Germany which will be the largest green hydrogen plant in Baden-Württemberg upon completion and the first to supply hydrogen directly to an industrial park.

Cepsa Begins Activity in Development of Biomethane Production Plants

Cepsa has begun to search for and develop projects for the construction and operation of biomethane production plants from agricultural and livestock waste to decarbonize its industrial activity, replacing the use of natural gas with this renewable gas. By 2030, the company aims to manage a project portfolio of 4 TWh per year, an ambitious target, equivalent to the energy needed for 650,000 homes, which will enable it to significantly reduce CO2 emissions from its power plants and chemical plants, as well as providing a complementary vector to produce green hydrogen and employment in sustainable mobility.
