On Friday, Spain’s Council of Ministers approved a Royal Decree suspending feed-in tariff pre-allocation procedures and removing economic incentives for new power generation capacity involving cogeneration, renewable energy sources and waste. The measure does not affect facilities already in operation, or those already included in the pre-allocation registers, says to the Government.
