Avolta Breaks Ground On First Of a Series Of Biogas Projects In Arizona

Avolta, a renewable energy company focused on originating, developing,  owning, and operating renewable natural gas (RNG) projects, and its regional development partner, Atlas  Global Holdings, LLC, held an official groundbreaking to kick off the first of two RNG Projects at the Butterfield and Milky Way dairies outside of Phoenix, Arizona.

Air bp, the international aviation fuel products and service supplier, has made its first sale of ISCC PLUS certified sustainable aviation fuel (SAF)* in Spain, one of the largest global aviation markets. Air bp’s key business aviation customer, NetJets Europe became the first to purchase the fuel starting in July.

IEA Bioenergy has just published a report entitled, “Progress in Commercialisation of Biojet /Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF): Technologies, potential and challenges”. The report was prepared by members of IEA Bioenergy Task 39 (focusing on Conventional and advanced transport biofuels from biomass and other renewable feedstocks). The report provides an extensive analysis of the current and potential technologies for production of biomass based sustainable aviation fuels (Biojet/SAF).

Xebec Adsorption Inc., a global provider of clean energy solutions, has signed a Master Service Agreement (“MSA”) with a leading U.S.-based renewable natural gas dairy farm project developer for the purchase of BGX Biostream™ units. The MSA will support the order of an initial 18 units, with the potential for additional orders under the same service agreement. This agreement represents the single largest unit order the company has received to date for Biostream and the largest in number of systems ever awarded in North America for dairy farm biogas upgrading projects.
