Van Hool builds first double-deck battery electric coach Independent Belgian bus, coach and industrial vehicle manufacturer Van Hool, has built a 100 percent battery electric double-deck coach, the TDX25E, which follows in the footsteps of its first, single deck electric coach, the CX45E.
