Ángel Vadillo ends hunger strike but continues to fight on

The Mayor of Alburquerque (Badajóz, Spain) ended his hunger strike on Saturday “but not the fight” he has been involved in for over 90 days in favour of renewables. Vadillo’s plight over the last three months has led to the creation of a Platform for a New Energy Model in Spain comprising a number of well-known artists and representatives from over 70 organisations.
