University Embraces Community Solar Through Amp Energy

The University of Rochester is supporting community solar in Upstate New York by partnering with Amp Energy to receive financial credits as a result of the clean, renewable energy generated by six solar farms in nearby areas, including Wolcott and Mt. Morris. The University is using the savings to fund future sustainability initiatives and reduce the its carbon footprint.
