Texas Enel Begins Construction of its Largest Wind Farm in the US Enel Green Power North America, a subsidiary of Italy's Enel, has begun construction of the 450-MW High Lonesome wind farm in Upton and Crockett Counties in Texas. Once completed, High Lonesome will be the largest wind farm in Enel’s global renewables portfolio. The energy generated by a 295 MW portion of the wind farm will be hedged through a Proxy Revenue Swap (“PRS”), a risk management strategy aimed at minimizing price and weather-related risks. | Wind Ørsted Selected as Preferred Bidder for Offshore Wind Farm in Connecticut DTBird Successfully Tests its V4D4 Module in the United States Vestas Secures Largest Repowering Order to Date in U.S. Denmark EUDP Supported Project Aims to Reduce Risk and O&M Costs of Wind Turbine Blades Norway The World’s First Floating Wind Turbine Gets New Lease on Life Germany WPD Windmanager Takes Over Management of German Wind Farm Texas EDF Renewables Lands O&M Deal for Three Texas Wind Farms Vestas becomes the first company to install 100 GW of wind turbines Electric/Hybrid “Only 5% of Electric Vehicle drivers would ever go back to a conventional car” says Fully Charged audience Sales of All-Electric Nissan Leaf Surged 31 Percent in 2018 Energy saving MGX Minerals Enters Final Phase of Development for Zinc Air Fuel Cell Systems Australia Energy Storage Project in Australia Connected to Grid Ocean Energy ProtoAtlantic project calls for free technology testing applications Panorama Spain 2018 Proves to Be a Good Year for Grenergy EPA Improves Tool for Siting Renewable Energy Projects on Contaminated Lands PV STA gives a cautious welcome to UK Government plans for small-scale low carbon generation Virginia Apex Acquires 442.5 MW of Solar Projects in Virginia Warren Buffett’s NV Energy to Make Largest Clean Energy Investment in Nevada History Agenda Wind O&M EU 2019 ASEAN Wind Energy 2019 Wind Europe Conference & Exhibition US Offshore Wind |
