BayWa r.e. Completes Major Sale of French Solar Projects Totaling 127 MWp

BayWa r.e. has successfully sold a portfolio of French solar projects with a total capacity of 127 MWp. The portfolio includes the commissioned photovoltaic projects Greenberry and Fontenet 3 , sold to Octopus Energy’s generation arm, and the project Amance, which is currently under construction, sold to Commerz Real, a renowned asset manager in Europe.

Q ENERGY Builds +200 MWp PV Plants in Andalucía

Q ENERGY is further expanding its presence in Andalusia and has announced the construction of three new PV power plants in the region. Once complete, these green energy power plants are expected to generate enough electricity to supply +92,000 Spanish households. In total, over 62,000 tons of CO2 can be avoided each year.

The Nordic Investment Bank (NIB), Luminor Bank and NORD/LB have agreed to co-finance a 148M MWp solar farm in the Ventspils municipality of Latvia, developed by Stelo Orienta SIA, a subsidiary of Danish renewable energy company European Energy.
