The PV market presently is characterised by sometimes cumbersome project offerings as well as numerous middlemen. Market participants keep asking the same questions: Who has realizable projects? Who can really implement them? Is all information presented in a transparent manner? Is a particular seller and/or buyer really trustworthy?
ProjectForum4t2 aims to answer these questions and eliminate these obstacles through its new www.project-forum.biz marketplace, which enables members to safely view data in a structured manner, with restricted access for actual and prospective buyers.
“ProjectForum4t2 focuses on each individual project. The presentation of relevant information and a comprehensive documentation database allow for a transparent overview,” says Karsten Kreissler, Founder and General Manager of ProjectForum4t2." We bring serious developers and buyers of PV systems together very efficiently, independent of their country, language or other possible barriers.”
Secondary market for systems in operation
In addition to project rights, existing PV systems are traded on the marketplace, which allows owners of systems in operation for the first time to easily sell these systems to prospective buyers.
Project sellers and buyers can immediately register at www.project-forum.biz. However, from now until 7 April, only project developers will have access to the marketplace to post their projects. Project buyers will have access to the marketplace during the second phase of implementation, starting on 8 April.
“The main motivation of all employees at ProjectForum4t2 has always been the desire to develop photovoltaics in the medium term to a standard building block of global power supply using successfully implemented projects,” says the company. “The team behind ProjectForum4t2 has worked for well-known companies, such as the Conergy Group, SunEdison and BP Solar. Through many years of working on the interface between local project developers and international project implementers, the idea was born to offer standardized project possibilities and to offer them via the Internet.”
Project Forum4t2 GmbH was founded in late 2010 and is based in Hamburg (Germany).
