In a recent survey conducted by the Bonn-based market and opinion research institute EuPD Research, German installers have highly rated the Nuremberger system supplied by Frankensolar on the grounds of customer loyalty and satisfaction. This follows on from last year when the company was awarded the ‘Top PV Supplier’ seal which is only awarded to suppliers which have been rated particularly highly in recent installer surveys.
EuPD developed the ‘Top PV Supplier’ seal in 2010 as a form of independent evaluation of solar wholesalers, thus ensuring transparency in the supplier market. The seal is awarded after the completion of a complex market analysis based on qualifying statements from installers and primary data from installer surveys. It provides an independent orientation aid for installers and end customers. Frankensolar have now received the seal twice in a row and only a few leading PV wholesalers are allowed to carry the seal. Frankensolar can now therefore pride themselves on being one of a top elite group of brands worldwide.
