At its stand, Ingeteam will showcase the latest version of its 1500 Vdc inverter, the Ingecon Sun PowerMax B Series, which can deliver a power output of 1800 kVA in a single power block at ambient temperatures of up to 30ºC, thereby giving a power density of 317kW/m3. This powerful inverter, coupled with the possibility of connecting up to four inverters to the same transformer, Ingeteam can deliver 7.2 MVA in a single Power Station with low voltage winding, 1500 Vdc technology. One of the main innovations of this inverter is its sand trap system, which ensures maximum protection against the ingress of suspended particles. This system is being supplied for the world’s largest PV plant - the Sweihan PV solar farm in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
The company’s 1500V string inverter, the Ingecon Sun 125 TL, is a transformerless three-phase inverter, primarily designed for commercial, industrial and utility scale systems, it will reach a record-breaking output power of 144 kW if connected to a 690Vac grid.
Other products being presented by Ingeteam at Intersolar Europe include its 1000V string inverter, Ingecon Sun 100TL, which is able to deliver up to 110 kW at an ambient temperature of 50ºC, a range of 2.5 to 40 kW string inverters and a hybrid PV + battery inverter, the Ingecon Sun Storage 1Play.
