Pleasant Valley Solar 1 includes a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) that was secured through negotiation with Meta and Idaho Power. This agreement was facilitated by their collaborative efforts to create a unique Energy Services Agreement.

Sundt Renewables, the chosen Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services provider, completed construction of the project on March 2nd. Throughout the construction phase, approximately 220 workers contributed to the substantial effort.
Matrix Renewables and rPlus Energies remain committed to fostering strong relationships with the Ada County community and continuing to support the local economy through the lifespan of the project.
