The project was implemented in two phases. In the first phase, Neosun Energy installed off-grid solar systems for 55 reproductive health centers in Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, and Peshawar. Following the successful completion of this phase, the company secured a new contract to install an additional 45 units, including sites in Hyderabad, Muzaffargarh, and Layyah—bringing the total to 100 solar-powered health care facilities across the country. The project was completed in March.
Marie Stopes Society is a leading private-sector provider of family planning services in Pakistan. With Neosun Energy’s solar solutions, these clinics have gained complete independence from the unreliable grid, ensuring uninterrupted operations and continuous access to essential medical services for thousands of families.
“This project is a significant step toward our mission of advancing sustainable energy solutions that contribute to the well-being of communities,” commented Osama Ahmed, Head of Sales in NEOSUN Pakistan.
“We understand the importance of reliable and clean energy, especially for health care facilities serving underserved populations. Our solar systems guarantee the seamless operation of MSS centers, reducing grid dependency and enhancing efficiency.
"We are proud to be the first international EPC company to accomplish a project of this scale in record time. We believe this is just the beginning, and we look forward to driving more impactful solar energy initiatives in Pakistan.”
