The event will take place on 16 and 17 October 2013 at the EXPO XXI Warsaw International Expocentre.
The new and advanced features of mounting solution MetaSole will also be introduced. The system allows framed solar modules to be mounted particularly quickly and has been further adapted to meet installers’ requirements.
“The MetaSole is our most sought-after product. It consists of few components and doesn’t come with long mounting rails, so it is one of the cheapest systems on the market and is very quick to assemble”, said Stefan Liedtke, Managing Director of Renusol GmbH.
"The system won first place in a mounting competition held by specialist magazine pv magazine, after eight modules were installed in a record time of only nine minutes," Liedtke continued. "Moreover, the mounting system requires very little storage space. “We take our customers’ suggestions very seriously and have continued to optimise the MetaSole.”
The Cologne-based firm said MetaSole is suitable for mounting framed photovoltaic modules on aluminium and steel trapezoidal sheet metal roofs.
A new type of screw now ensures particularly secure mounting: the head of the screw breaks off when the specified torque is reached. Another new feature is an adhesive strip on the underside of the clamp bases. With this adhesive strip, the clamp base must no longer be held in place while being screwed to the roof, making the installation process more comfortable and reducing the mounting time even further.
The universal Renusol mounting system VarioSole will also be featured at the trade fair. It is suitable for almost all roofing types worldwide and also compatible with uneven roof surfaces, thanks to height-adjustable mounting components. The mostly pre-assembled components allow for quick and easy mounting.
Renusol will also display its tried and tested mounting systems ConSole and ConSole+ for installing solar plants on flat roofs and on ground. Both systems are held in place using ballasting with gravel or flagstone, rather than being anchored onto the surface. The roof membrane or subsurface is not penetrated and therefore remains undamaged.
A test carried out by the Kunststoff-Institut Lüdenscheid has proven the ConSole’s durability. Even after 15 years of use, no age-related adverse effects were found in the materials.
Renusol mounting systems are certified by TÜV Rheinland. In addition, many Renusol mounting solutions have received country-specific approvals from building authorities.
