“We’ve been working with the Octopus team for a number of years now and we’re delighted that we are nearing completion of migration to long-term contracts, which is testament to the partnership we have built” said Brian Darnell, Head of Solar & Storage O&M, UK&I at RES. “Our expertise in O&M means we can confidently continue delivering safety and innovation in equal measure as we embed the 60 solar farms into our portfolio. We have built a relationship of trust and being appointed as O&M contractor on a significant proportion of the UK Octopus solar portfolio is something we are incredibly proud of.”
RES works to maximise the value of assets, and its O&M services includes performance analysis, enhanced spare parts management, cyber security upgrades, HV services, ESG improvements, engineering studies, inverter repowering and much more.
