The company has reached a deal with Centrotherm Photovoltaics, a German technology provider.
Solaria's facilities in Puertollano (Spain) will have new production units by the third term of 2008.
The Spanish firm recently signed another agreement with E-TON Solar Tech for the supply of 40 MW of solar cells, which would represent around 30% of the cells needed during this year.
Solaria, which was listed in June of last year, currently has three different business areas: manufacturing and installation of solar PV modules, development and construction of solar PV parks and production of solar thermal collectors.
The stock price has fallen in the last days, however some investment banks have issued 'buy' recommendations in the stock recently.
