The company tells us these commissionings including 47 of its Alba 4x units at large scale solar farms in China's Hubei, Gansu, Hunan, and Jilin provinces, and 12 of its Zenit 2x units at a 20 MW solar plant in Gansu province.
In addition, Wynnertech is finalizing the installation and commissioning of 8 ALBA 4x PV inverters for the 20 MW Mahan Solar PV Plant in Iran for the German EPC company Adore GmbH.
The investor of this plant is the Swiss company Durion AG.
This is the biggest PV plant installed in Iran to date, and will be followed by an additional 100 MW in the coming year.
Wynnertech inverters have been chosen for their outstanding features in very high capacity inverters, providing compact plug-and-play outdoors solutions with no air filters, and other construction and control innovations that minimize O&M costs, allowing also for a reduction of up to 10 percent in the total plant’s cost in utility scale projects.
The climate in the plant’s sites during that week has been very harsh, with temperatures reaching in some cases 50ºC. ALBA has shown its effectiveness even in such extreme conditions, and also in speeding up the commissioning process.
