When completed, the project will have a capacity of between 160 MW and 250 MW.
The project is situated approximately 30 kilometers north of the so-called "Jädraås" project and its permits allows for the construction of up to 85 wind turbines.
Detailed planning and preparations for construction start are ongoing and construction is estimated to begin at the earliest in the autumn/winter 2012.
The deal still must be ratified by the boards of directors of both companies.
