The company delivered its appraisal on behalf of a consortium of buyers including EOS Holdings, Group E and the city of Lausanne.
KPMG acted as financial consultant on the sale of the assets.
The portfolio is made up of eight projects totalling forty four turbines located in the regions of Picardie, Champagne-Ardennes and Poitou-Charentes in Northern and Central France.
A twenty-strong team of specialists based across Strasbourg and Nantes worked directly on the project, supported by the wider Natural Power team.
The transaction adds to the over 700 MW of constructed or permitted projects that Natural Power has audited on behalf of banks and equity investors in France in 2012 alone.
