The moves will create about 100 new jobs, said Madhusudan Khemka, the company's managing director.
Khemka said the company has already received a 279 MW order for it yet to be launched 1.5 MW Vensys 87 (V-87) turbine.
The Udaipur facility will have a capacity to make 300 MW of wind mills while the company's existing facility at Tada in Andhra Pradesh has a total capacity of 750 MW.
At present, ReGen Powertech sources blades for all its turbines from LM Wind Power's unit in Bangalore.
The plan going forward is for ReGen Powertech to build the blade factory, and for LM Wind Power to actually make the blades.
