Senvion is responsible for delivery of four of its 3.4M114 turbines and foundation work on the Nivelles project developed by Ventis SA in the Walloon region. Installation and commissioning are scheduled for Summer 2017.
The company will also install five MM100 turbines for the Molenbaix wind farm, developed by Eneco and the Cooperative CLEF, and four MM100 turbines for the Moulins Saint Roch wind farm, developed by Ipalle. The commissioning is due to be completed at the beginning of 2018 for Moulins Saint Roch and in spring 2018 for Molenbaix.
In the Flanders region, Senvion will deliver three 3.4M114 turbines to Engie Electrabel’s Meerhout wind farm. Wind4Flanders will operate the project when it is completed. It will supply one 3.0M122 turbine for the Minderhout project developed by Storm. Both projects are expected to be commissioned by the end of 2017.
According to their service contracts, Senvion will provide full maintenance for the Nivelles, Molenbaix, Moulins Saint Roch and Minderhout wind farms for 15 years with an extension up to 20 years. It will also provide maintenance for the Meerhout wind farm for five years with an extension up to 15 years.
